Swinging my sword, jumping around and using an oversized hat like the one Mortal Kombat's Raiden wears were simple actions to pull off via the game's face button-based control scheme. In the beginning, it's simply the tiny Hiro and the overweight Futo, but soon, you'll begin breaking comrades out of wooden jail cells like I did with young Suzume here. See, you'll have access to six ninjas that you can change into in the blink of an eye. The first piece of news was a female ninja named Suzume and the second was a flatulent boss. While most of the preview I saw covered exactly what Clements saw way back when (the Evil Samurai Warlord is turning the forest creatures into evil samurais and every good guy has failed to stop him so we're down to two so-so ninjas), we did get two new tidbits. The other day Eidos held a Pre-E3 event to let some of us gaming jerks get our hands on Mini Ninjas, a third-person adventure from Io Interactive.
